Justin Close is a design professional currently serving as a Staff Brand Designer at Shopify. With over a decade of experience, they have transformed brands through strategic design across various industries, including tech, retail, and non-profits. Previously, Justin held roles such as Design Director at Pact and Creative Director at 123w, where they managed teams and led innovative design projects. They co-lead Parkdale Roadrunners, fostering community through running while also overseeing creative initiatives for the group. Justin holds a diploma in Graphic Design from Seneca College and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Rhetoric & Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo.
