Kevin Menard is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software and system development. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Shopify since May 2021, Kevin has also held various pivotal roles including Core Team Member at Selenium and Committer for Apache Tapestry, a Java-based web application framework. Additionally, Kevin is a Project Management Committee Member for Apache Cayenne, aiming to enhance object-oriented programming through a Java-based ORM framework. Previous leadership experience includes Head of Engineering at CloudTruth and Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle Labs. Kevin’s entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of Mogotest, dedicated to advancing Web Consistency Testing. Kevin completed both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 2000 and 2006.
