Lily Gilbert

Lily Gilbert has been an integral part of Shopify since January 2016, serving as Executive Support to the VP of Engineering and as a Learning & Development Program Manager, where the focus has been on the "Bridge the Gap" program aimed at enhancing employee empathy through storytelling and real-life merchant experiences. Prior to Shopify, Lily held several roles at Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp.), including Onboarding Mentor and Customer Support Advisor, from July 2013 to January 2016, and worked at Kings Landing Historical Settlement from May 2011 to July 2013 as an Education Program Specialist, creating engaging educational programs for children. Lily holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing from Saint Mary's University.
