Lori Pham

Lori Pham is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in retail operations and management. Currently serving as the Los Angeles Marketing Lead and Retail Partnerships Lead at Shopify since July 2018, Lori also leads the Women's ERG Community Engagement initiative. Previously, Lori held the position of Retail Operations Manager at goop.com, overseeing pop-up and experiential activations across the U.S. As a District Manager at Steven Alan, Lori contributed to company-wide growth strategies while collaborating with corporate leadership. Additional experience includes roles as an Ecommerce Manager at Bastille, where retail and e-commerce management were key responsibilities, and as a Team Lead at Urban Outfitters, focusing on sales and customer service excellence.
