Maggie Lu has demonstrated a strong leadership and technical skill set across various roles. As Social Media and Public Relations Head at Youth Helping Youth Ontario from May 2021 to February 2022, in addition to serving as President and Vice President, Maggie contributed significantly to organizational growth. Current involvement includes serving as an Executive Committee Member at Hack the North since March 2024 and as a Systems Officer for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. Previous experience also encompasses roles such as Warrant Officer 2nd Class at 778 Banshee Squadron Royal Canadian Air Cadets and Outreach Coordinator at WATonomous. Maggie has been active with FBLA Canada as a member of the National Trainer's Council and held leadership positions in UW Blueprint. Maggie is pursuing a career in software engineering with roles at Shopify as a Software Engineer Intern. Education includes being Valedictorian at Crosby Heights Public School and obtaining an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Bayview Secondary School.
