Masha Khomenko

Masha Khomenko is a Cross-Border Tax Counsel with extensive experience in international tax planning. Masha worked as an International Tax Associate at NBAC National Business and Accounting Consultants Corporation from 2013 to 2014, advising technology sector clients on U.S. tax issues. At KPMG, Masha advanced through roles including Senior Manager, where they provided guidance on multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and compliance obligations. Currently, Masha serves as International Tax Counsel at Shopify, continuing their expertise in international tax matters. Masha holds multiple law degrees, including an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
