Matt Cameron

Matt Cameron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in support operations and cybersecurity. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Support Operations at Shopify since October 2017, Matt has demonstrated expertise in championing projects that enhance support services for merchants, specifically in the Western United States and previously in New Zealand, where leadership of a large team of Support Advisors was undertaken. Prior to Shopify, Matt contributed as a Software Engineer at Symantec and held various instructional and managerial roles in cybersecurity training and IT programs. With a strong foundation in technical support and leadership, Matt has consistently focused on empowering teams and improving the customer experience within the tech industry.
