Maurice Rice

Maurice Rice is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and enablement. Currently serving as Senior Lead of Sales Process at Shopify since September 2023, Maurice previously held various leadership roles at Microsoft from December 2002 to May 2023, including Sr Director of Sales Operations for Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions, where oversight of sales capabilities was a key responsibility. Maurice has also contributed significantly as a leader in sales process optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and system deployment, while supporting over 30,000 monthly users in the Microsoft Sales Experience. Maurice is recognized for participation in industry councils, such as the Conference Board Sales Enablement Leadership Council, and has a strong educational foundation with an MBA from Seattle University and a BA from the University of Cincinnati.
