Rich Brown

Rich Brown is an experienced product and UX professional currently serving as Senior Lead of Product Experience at Shopify since March 2020, where feedback collation and AI tool development are primary responsibilities. Rich has also been a Senior Product Designer and Owner at La Menagerie since February 2018. Prior positions include UX Director at Etsy, Entrepreneur in Residence at Rainmaking Innovation, and Product & UX Design Lead at Adaptive Lab. Rich co-founded Great Little Place and has held various roles in education, product management, and business strategy, complemented by an extensive educational background, including a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Ergonomics from Loughborough University.
