Rich Brown

Rich Brown boasts extensive experience in product design and user experience, having held key positions such as Senior Lead of Product Experience at Shopify from March 2020 to August 2024, where responsibilities included gathering user feedback and developing AI tools. Additional roles include Senior Product Designer at La Menagerie and Owner at Etsy, as well as UX Director at Rainmaking Innovation, where collaboration with innovative entrepreneurs reshaped car ownership. Rich also served as Product & UX Design Lead at Adaptive Lab, focusing on major projects for clients like Barclays. Academically, Rich earned a Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Ergonomics from Loughborough University.
