Ron Goldin

Ron Goldin is an accomplished design leader currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Shopify, where responsibilities include overseeing Checkout and Shop Pay, crucial products facilitating nearly $300 billion in online purchases. As a Co-Founder and Advisor at MTCHMKR, Ron established an AI-driven platform to connect brands and organizations with opportunities for audience growth and collaboration. Previously, Ron held the position of Director of Product Design at Walmart, leading a team in a major initiative to enhance Enterprise products. Ron's experience also includes serving as the Head of Design for Platform/OS at Meta, where leadership encompassed design for a new hardware product, and as Product Design Manager at Google, driving product experiences for Local Search. Ron holds a B.F.A. in Digital Media Arts from San José State University and further education from the University of Pennsylvania.
