Rylee Grace

Rylee Grace is a seasoned professional in product operations and strategic management, currently serving as a Senior Product Operations Manager at Shopify since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Digital Product Operations at RBC, where Rylee supported senior leadership in developing high-impact digital strategies across multiple product domains. Previous positions at RBC Ventures involved facilitating buy-side M&A transactions and managing direct investments to enhance growth. Rylee also co-founded and chaired the Queen's Entrepreneurship and Innovation Conference, drawing on a history of leadership in entrepreneurship.
