Stephen Young

Stephen Young is an experienced business operations leader with a strong background in finance and strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Shopify since September 2025, previous experience includes SVP of Strategic Finance and Data at GoBolt, where responsibilities included leading FP&A and revenue operations. Young was also a founding team member and Head of Finance & Operations at GoodGood, and held multiple positions at Ritual.co, including VP of Ops & Sales Ops. Prior roles include Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Summer Associate at McRock Capital, and Senior Policy Adviser at the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
