Tracy Kaur is a Senior Solutions Engineer with a strong background in sales, education, and technology. They began their career as a Trainer and Business Analyst at the Department of Work and Pensions, before moving on to roles such as Educator at Coder Academy and Director at Kaur Coaching. Tracy has extensive experience with Shopify, where they served as both an APAC Launch Engineer and an APAC Senior Launch Engineer, assisting major enterprises in optimizing their eCommerce solutions. Tracy holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Coder Academy and a Bachelor of Learning Management with Distinction from CQUniversity.
