Carolyne Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product success and merchant relations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Success Manager at SHOPLINE since March 2018, Carolyne conducts thorough testing of new features and collaborates with the Merchant Success Team to ensure functionality.
