Ken Murphy holds extensive experience in engineering and product delivery across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Platform & Architecture at Shopmonkey since September 2025, previous roles include Senior Director of Engineering at BLACKCLOAK and Sr. Director of Engineering at Mercury Healthcare, where significant contributions included reducing platform costs and driving innovative solutions after a merger of four companies. Notable past positions also include leadership roles at Commonwealth Care Alliance, Nuance Communications, Rapid7, Lattice Engines, and Monster, demonstrating a strong track record in managing engineering teams and implementing strategic quality assurance processes.
