Linh Tran

Linh Tran has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2015, Linh worked as an On Campus Housing Dispatcher and later as a Lost and Found Supervisor at UCLA Access Control. In these roles, Linh supervised the storage room for found items, scheduled item collections, and tracked items for efficient cataloging and return.

In 2018, Linh moved on to work as a Rehabilitation Aide at VibrantCare Rehabilitation, where they managed patient scheduling, completed reports, and handled daily financial transactions.

Moving to the tech industry, Linh joined Zippity, Inc in 2020. Here, Linh held two positions - a Software Development Intern and later a Software Developer. As a Software Developer, Linh played a key role in streamlining customer onboarding, revamping the appointment creation flow for the mobile app, and overhauling the web and mobile apps to enable services in shops and expand into non-automotive industries.

Currently, Linh is working as a Software Engineer at Shopmonkey, starting in 2022.

Linh Tran's education history includes attending Westminster High School from 2010 to 2014. Following this, Linh pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UCLA, a period that lasted from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, Linh joined General Assembly for a short-term program known as the Software Engineering Immersive, focusing on enhancing their skills in this particular field.
