Max Pridgen

Max Pridgen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Max started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee, where they focused on producing graphene for Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries. Max then served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, instructing students in Excel and MATLAB.

After completing their master's degree, Max co-founded Pallim, an online marketplace for mobile mechanics, where they were responsible for all aspects of running the business. Max then joined Structural Integrity Associates as an Engineering Intern and later became an Engineering Analyst, involved in developing real-time damage accumulation modules and analyzing high energy piping stress.

Max's professional journey continued at Fleetio, where they worked as a Product Manager, leading a team to solve customer problems related to fleet maintenance. Currently, they hold the position of Product Manager at Shopmonkey.

Max Pridgen has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering. Max obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same university, graduating in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Max also obtained a certification as an Engineer Intern from the Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners in December 2013.
