Alice Gu has extensive experience in operations and management within the retail and technology sectors, highlighted by a current role as China Operation Head at ShopRunner Shanghai since February 2015. Prior to this, Alice held various leadership positions at Best Buy Asia Office from April 2006 to December 2014, including Merchandising and Online Operation Director, where Alice successfully established Best Buy's online presence in China. Additional roles at Best Buy encompassed insights and strategic planning, merchant operations, and customer insights. Earlier, Alice contributed to consumer research and marketing strategy at Samsung Opentide China and played a critical role in business development at Prosys Solutions. Alice holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a BA in English Language and Literature from Tianjin Foreign Studies University.
