Laxmi Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technology within the eCommerce sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at ShopRunner since September 2021, Laxmi focuses on implementing Marketplace as a Service (MaaS) for core brand partners and modernizing order management and product catalog applications to support various omni-channel initiatives. Prior to this, Laxmi spent over 15 years at Bed Bath & Beyond, where responsibilities included defining the product roadmap for eCommerce initiatives, managing the implementation of a digital asset management solution, and overseeing the integration of a Master Data Management system for the organization.
