Stephen Cook

Stephen Cook is the Executive Managing Director at LFM Capital, a Nashville-based private equity firm focused on manufacturing investments in the U.S. and Canada. They previously served as Principal at TVV Capital from 2010 to 2014, emphasizing value creation through collaboration with leadership teams. Cook holds multiple board positions, including Chairman at Accelevation LLC and Heartland Steel Products, and has been a board member for various companies such as Diamabrush and J&E Precision Tool since 2019. They earned both an MSEE and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they achieved a perfect academic record, and a BSEE from the United States Naval Academy. Additionally, Cook served as a Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy from 1989 to 1996.
