Perminus N. has a long and varied work experience. In 2001, they were a Scheduler and Operations Superintendent for solarclean. From 2005 to 2012, they worked for Sameer Africa - Kenya as a Manufacturing Manager and Lead Coordinator/Analyst. In 2012, they were a Part-Time Consultant for Private. From 2013 to 2018, they worked for Envirofit International as a Manager (Head of Manufacturing and Operations) and Assistant Manager EF Kenya. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Global Supply Chain Director for Jibu. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Head of Operations for Acacia Innovations, Co-Founder/Non Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder for The Fin-Clean Tech Impact, and Co-Founder & Director Of Logistics/Operations for MamaToto. Currently, they are the Head of Global Operations for Soko.

Perminus N. completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics/Chemistry at the University of Nairobi. Perminus then went on to pursue a Masters in Technology and Operations Management at University.
