Michael Ezzell

Michael Ezzell is an accomplished Site Reliability Engineer at Shoptech Software since April 2019, leveraging extensive experience in database administration and systems administration gained during tenure at Online Rewards from April 2011 to April 2019. At Online Rewards, Michael served as a tech lead for the organization's cloud migration to AWS. Previous experience includes ownership of Blue Sky Cable, where Michael revitalized a rural cable television and Internet provider, and a role as Network Administrator at Chickasaw Telecommunications Services, where responsibilities included architecting and managing complex network solutions. Michael began a career as a Programmer/Consultant at The Austin Consultant Group, focusing on developing applications and providing IT expertise. Currently pursuing an Associate degree in Accounting at Colorado Technical University, Michael combines technical proficiency with a solid educational foundation.
