Dylan la Com

Dylan La Com has extensive experience in technology and product management within the retail and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Tech Lead at Material Retail since July 2018, Dylan is focused on developing an innovative toolkit for independent retailers that integrates various sales channels. Previously, as CEO of Lightning in a Bot from May 2016 to October 2020, Dylan led a software development firm that specialized in retail solutions, including the widely-used Shoppy Bot. Additional roles include Product Manager at GrowthHackers and Growth Product Manager at Qualaroo, both under the same parent company, as well as Co-founder and President of Wellen, llc, where operational systems and an e-commerce platform were developed. Early career experience includes serving as a Financial Advisor's Assistant at Collaborative Financial Solutions. Dylan holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara and has completed a Web Design Certificate Program at UCLA.
