Tim Hoffmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim started their career in 2015 with an internship at an advertising agency, where they gained valuable skills in marketing, social media, and web design. In 2016, they worked as a project manager for Demola, where they developed and designed a new mobile app. Tim also worked as a freelancer for an advertising agency during this time.

In 2017, Tim took on the role of competitive intelligence intern at HENSOLDT and also served as the team leader and co-organizer for an event called Dark Bear at Polar Bear Pitching. Tim later became a student consultant and eventually the managing director of marketing at ponte consult e.V., gaining experience in consulting and leadership.

Tim's entrepreneurial journey began in 2018 when they joined Fraunhofer IGCV as a co-founder and product lead for lunary.ai, a machine learning startup. Tim led the development team, performed user- and data-driven product design, and managed the product backlog and roadmap development. Tim also completed their master's thesis on agile working methods and developed a new approach for planning in Scrum processes. Tim's bachelor's thesis focused on human-machine interface design for carbon fiber production.

From 2019 to 2020, Tim worked as an online process monitoring student worker at Fraunhofer IGCV, where they contributed to design and business development activities. In 2022, they joined New Ventures as a venture architect, specializing in product and engineering.

Currently, Tim is serving as the Chief Product Officer at ShopVibes, a company dedicated to connecting products with customers worldwide. Tim oversees the product development and data management efforts, helping clients expand their market exposure and boost sales.

Throughout their career, Tim has gained experience in various areas, including product management, entrepreneurship, marketing, consulting, and video content creation. Tim'sdiverse background makes him a versatile professional with a strong skill set in technology, business, and design.

In June 2018, they completed the "Web Design for Usability" certification program, and in April 2018, they obtained a "Certificate of Membership" from The Interaction Design Foundation. Additionally, in April 2018, Tim completed the certifications "Design Thinking: The Beginner's Guide" and "User Experience: The Beginner's Guide" from The Interaction Design Foundation.
