Andre Herking

Andre Herking has extensive experience in process management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Senior Process Manager at Shopware since March 2016. In this role, Andre functions as a Scrum Master for three teams, facilitating scrum events and coaching teams while leading process optimization initiatives. Prior positions at Shopware include Support Expert, where Andre handled complex technical issues, trained teams, and contributed to onboarding and recruitment processes, as well as Content Coordinator, focusing on content format coordination using scrum principles. Prior to Shopware, Andre worked at mircomp Emsdetten as a Customer Advisor and Web-Administrator from February 2012 to March 2016.
