We are a coastal and river people. We live by the Shore. By the Indian Ocean. The banks of The Swan. Enjoying long lazy summers in the South West or Rottnest. Winter escapes to the crystalline waters of Ningaloo and The Northwest Cape. Or to Broome, where the the kaleidescopic contrast of the red pindan and opaque aquamarine waterways collide. Light & colour.

To live in Western Australia is to live a good life. A high quality life, defined by the simple, pared back and the beautiful. Shaped by a confidence in ourselves and in limitless opportunity. Beautiful weather. Blue sky. Optimism.

We are a historically isolated and individual people who have generated success from adversity. We are also a proud home to the art, customs and culture of the ancient societies who have always been here. Now at the dawn of this new century, we find ourselves to be at the centre of the emerging world. Proximity to neighbouring cities – Singapore, Jakarta, Mumbai, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo – has made us the engine room of the national economy. These are the international cities that will shape the world of the future. We are right here with them. In this post pandemic world, our global clients are awakening to the simplistic raw beauty, global connectivity and prosperity of life here.

At Shore we sell homes, but above all else we sell lifestyles. Some of the simplest and most beautiful in the world are those lived along our Western Australian shorelines. It is from this understanding that Shore Property was born. To celebrate our great fortune of being right where we are, right now. To showcase and purvey to both our people and to the world, opportunities to experience the very best of what it means to live here, in a remarkable part of the world at an exciting moment in time.

Life is good here… welcome to Shore Property.
