Our mission is to deliver innovative, high quality, evidence based psychological services that are focused on the specific needs and circumstances of our clients. 

We are committed to offering accessible, inclusive services that are trauma-informed and neuro-inclusive. The assets generated from our income streams will be used to provide psychological services to identified charity partners. We are also committed to expanding the evidence base of psychological therapies. 

Our approach is simple yet powerful: to shift the focus from “What’s wrong with me?” to “It’s what’s happened to me.”
