Bill Colvin

As Vice President, Global Solutions, Colvin is responsible for university business development, portfolio design and implementation.

Colvin has spent more than 20 years in international education, dedicated to the promotion of a more interconnected world. His commitment and talents for innovation and problem-solving have been applied to a broad spectrum in the field, including instruction, curriculum development, ESL and higher education operations, enrollment management and business development for online and campus-based programs. Before joining Shorelight, Colvin led partner strategy and development for Kings Education.

Colvin received his undergraduate degree in both International Relations and Asian Studies from the University of Cincinnati. He completed his Master’s in International Educational Development from Columbia University Teachers College with a concentration in Higher Education Policy.
