Wan has accumulated significant experience in recruitment and management within the education sector. At Shorelight Education, from January 2016 to November 2018, Wan held the position of Assistant Recruitment Manager, later advancing to Assistant Recruitment Manager Team Lead and Deputy Regional Manager between December 2018 and October 2019.
