Shoreline Strategy Group is a student-founded consulting initiative bringing rigorous, real-world business strategy to small businesses in and around Dagsboro, Delaware. Free initial engagement, then affordable subscription options.

Founded in the summer of 2026 by Tyrus Roney (University of Pennsylvania) and Alex Triantafillou (New York University), SSG was built on a simple observation: the small business owners in our community work incredibly hard, but rarely have access to the kind of outside strategic perspective that larger companies take for granted. We decided to change that.

Our work spans three core areas — business strategy, marketing and social media planning, and financial analysis. Every engagement begins with a structured discovery conversation and ends with a written deliverable the client can actually use. No vague advice. No hourly fees. Just honest, analytical thinking applied to real problems.

We bring the academic rigor of top-tier business programs to local challenges — competitive positioning, budget planning, customer acquisition, operational efficiency. Our approach is straightforward: listen carefully, analyze thoroughly, and deliver something actionable.

SSG is intentionally small. We take on a limited number of clients each season because quality matters more to us than volume. Every business we work with gets our full attention.

We are not a traditional consulting firm. We are two students who care about this community and have the tools to make a difference in it. If you own or operate a small business in the Dagsboro area and are open to a fresh outside perspective, we would love to talk.

All services are 100% pro bono for your initial engagement with absolutely no commitment expectation after.
