Bailee Dover is currently the Director of Partner Program Delivery and Development at ShorePoint Inc, where they focus on delivering and developing partnership frameworks. Previously, Bailee served as the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts- Government and Industry at Leadership Connect, managing a team responsible for government relations and public sector solutions. With a background in donor relations at organizations such as Prison Fellowship and Think Freely Media, Bailee has cultivated skills in building strong relationships and effective communication. They are pursuing a degree in Technical Communications with a minor in Communication Studies at Texas Tech University.
