Diego Recio

Diego Recio is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in management and strategy. Currently serving as a Managing Partner at Amelia Industries since 2013, Recio is also a Founding Partner at INNOVA CITEC and a Strategy Partner at The Lab Ventures, both roles initiated in 2017 and 2019 respectively. Recio has a history of founding key initiatives, having served as a Founding Member of CITEC GROUP until 2023, and previously held the position of CEO at Teka Group from 2008 to 2012. Earlier career roles include Managing Director at Peap Systems and Senior Market Supervisor at Deutsche Börse, along with a consulting role at Argo, Inc. Recio holds an MBA in Derivatives and Operations from Loyola University Chicago, an academic background in Rechts- und Betriebswissenschaften from the University of Zurich, and a Licenciado Derecho with a specialization in Juridico-Economica from the University of Deusto.
