Jochen Raysz

Jochen Raysz is a Managing Director at Good Quarter Company for the DACH & EMEA regions and a co-founder of Super, where they focus on enhancing the positive impact of businesses through sustainable practices. They previously served as a trainer and consultant at SRM Consulting, where they developed leadership and team strategies. As a teacher and self-leadership coach with Bright Cultures, Jochen blends ancient Tibetan wisdom with modern practices to help clients achieve clarity and resilience. Jochen's journey into mindfulness began during a sabbatical in India in 2005, where they studied the Dzogchen tradition, and they continue to teach meditation through Short Moments. They hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Management from the University of Konstanz.
