Mark Sills has a diverse work experience starting in 1998 as a Salesperson at Island Surfboards. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as an Adolescent Care Worker at Melbourne City Mission, providing live-in care for at-risk and ADHD children, as well as working with Autistic adolescents. In 2001, Mark became the Managing Director of red haircutters. In 2005, they set up their own business called Ed Interactive, where they completed a 12-month contracted interactive training disk for the Department of Human Services. Mark also worked on web design, print design, and database marketing. Lastly, they joined Shortcuts Software in 2006 as a Salesperson in Victoria.
Mark Sills completed an Advanced Diploma in Interactive Multimedia Design from Holmsglen College from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended WestPort High School, but no specific degree or field of study were provided.
