Shortlists is a recruiting CRM and ATS built for 3-to-10 seat UK recruiting agencies.

Everything your agency runs on, in one system: candidate database, pipeline, AI notetaker, outreach, and a client portal — plus a built-in BD engine that watches funding rounds, exec hires, contract wins and job-board activity, and surfaces companies about to hire before the roles are posted.

We built it because the tools this industry was given were built for 500-person staffing groups: annual contracts, paid AI add-ons, admin-heavy workflows. Shortlists is the opposite.

AI takes the admin. The craft stays with you.

→ No annual contract. Free overnight migration, run personally by our CTO.
→ Book a demo: shortlists.io/get-started — direct calendar with our co-founder, no SDR gauntlet.

"Shortlists has completely transformed how we present candidates. It saves hours of work, looks professional, and makes our clients' experience seamless." — Aaron Hayhurst, Web3 Insights: Talent

We respect the craft.
