Gavin Dear

Gavin Dear has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Professional Golfer for the European Challenge Tour from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they became the Director of Golf Scholars, a platform created to help young golfers gain scholarships at US Colleges and Universities. In 2014, they were a Saltire Fellow for both The Saltire Foundation and BoardOnTrack. In 2015, they became the Chief Commercial Officer and Business Development Manager for Shot Scope, a company that launched a dedicated performance tracking golf wearable. Gavin also became the Americas Market - Project Team Leader for Golphinforkids, a company that designs and manufactures specialized golf equipment.

Gavin Dear completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Lynn University between 2001 and 2006. Gavin then went on to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Stirling between 2006 and 2008. In 2014, they completed a Saltire Fellowship in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Babson College.
