Sam Azadi is currently the Director of Manufacturing at Databuoy Corporation since 2025. They previously held roles as a Principal Scientist and Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania's Singh Center for Nanotechnology from 2021 to 2025 and 2017 to 2021, respectively. In 2016, they served as a Graduate Student Fellow at the Singh Center, contributing to projects focused on microfabrication and process corrections. Sam earned a PhD in Nanotechnology and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, following a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shiraz University obtained in 2013.
