PALOTTA serves as the CIO at Shoulder since January 2008, overseeing critical areas such as Systems, Support, Telecom, Business Intelligence, Networks, and Security. Responsibilities include implementing a BI/CRM system in collaboration with executive leadership, managing a skilled team of 14 professionals to ensure effective operations across 70 units, and optimizing technology partner management and IT cost control. Prior experience includes a role as IT Manager at IPEP from October 2005 to December 2007, leading a team of 15 and managing extensive computing resources and network infrastructure across multiple locations. PALOTTA also held the position of Systems Supervisor at TF Indústria e Comércio de Modas Ltda for 15 years, contributing to significant innovations in the fashion industry. Academic qualifications include postgraduate degrees in Systems Analysis and Information Systems from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and Faculdade Eniac de Informática, respectively.
