Gary Brown

Gary Brown is an experienced professional in the field of production management and theater, currently serving as a Production Manager at Show Imaging, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Gary held the same position at the University of Central Florida from August 2014 to January 2024, and at Michigan Technological University from February 2011 to August 2014. Gary's career in the industry began at New York University, where the role of Lighting and Sound Director was undertaken from September 2001 to February 2011, followed by a position as Lighting Supervisor at Lehigh University from August 2000 to August 2001. Academically, Gary holds a Master of Arts degree in Theater - Directing from the University of Maine, obtained between 1997 and 1999, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and English from the same institution, earned from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, a brief stint in Mechanical Engineering was completed at the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1993-1994.
