Show UP is a global conscious community movement — founded in Barcelona and now active in Copenhagen, Dublin, Sitges, and beyond. We bring people together through movement, breathwork, cold dips, and sauna, creating space for real connection and a genuine reset for body and mind.

Show UP Copenhagen is the Danish chapter of this movement, led locally at Kalvebod Bølge — Copenhagen's iconic waterfront. We run weekly and monthly events that combine physical experience with mindful community: the kind of gathering that leaves you feeling both alive and connected.

In a city that can feel hard to break into, Show UP offers something rare — a community of people who show up for themselves and each other, no small talk required.
