Our mission at Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS) is to provide aspiring and practicing cybersecurity professionals with the guidance, skills, and knowledge necessary to succeed in this rapidly evolving field. We accomplish this through our personalized mentorship, personalized career plan, hands-on training, and a supportive community. 

We empower our members to become confident and effective defenders of digital security. Additionally, to develop a culture of lifelong learning and continuous improvement among our mentors and mentees alike.
