Anna Shaffer

Anna Shaffer has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields. Anna began their career in 2008 at LOFT as a General Manager, where they were responsible for recruiting, hiring, and overseeing a store staff of 15-20 employees, creating and implementing business plans, tracking and influencing store performance drivers, managing inventory, and processing weekly payroll. Anna held multiple positions during this time including Team Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

In 2014, Anna moved to Evernote where they held the role of Talent Specialist and Office Manager. In 2016, they joined Favor Delivery as the Director of People Operations / Sr. Manager of People Operations, HRBP & Talent Acquisition Manager, and Talent Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for leading Talent strategies, ensuring that Favor remained an employer of choice, and partnering with managers and leadership to solve complex problems.

In 2021, Anna was appointed as the Head of People & Culture at Restream. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Head of Talent at Highlight.

Anna Shaffer obtained their Bachelor's degree from Bob Jones University in 2010. Anna also holds a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
