Previously, they served as Head of Customer Operations at OneGuide, where they played a pivotal role in establishing a growing Customer Success department. Robert's experience includes leadership roles at Insurium™ as Vice President of Technology Services and Delivery, and at ProductPlan as Vice President of Customer Success. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science and Systems with minors in Management and Communication from Radford University.
