Ian Howard

Co-Founder at Shower Stream

Ian Howard has a diverse work experience that spans from 2015 to present. In 2015, they interned at Textron Aviation as an Airframe Design Intern, where they designed and created harness diagrams of various airplanes using CAD software. Ian also founded the program Wind Power for Tanzania during their year studying abroad at KTH University in Stockholm, Sweden. In 2017, they participated as a founder for 3 Day Startup at UT Austin, a 72-hour intensive learning-by-doing entrepreneurship program, and founded a non-profit dedicated to earthquake relief in developing countries during their semester abroad in Santiago, Chile. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder of Shower Stream.

Ian Howard is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. In 2022, they will begin a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering at the same university. Ian has also completed specializations in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Sustainable Energy Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
