Natalia Casado has extensive experience in digital marketing and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Digital Experience & Analytics at ShowerThinking since December 2007. In this role, Natalia focuses on defining, analyzing, and designing customer experience and digital operations strategies. Natalia is certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot and holds a Project Management role in Datorama. Previous positions include Digital Marketing Manager, where responsibilities involved creating and implementing digital marketing plans and branding strategies; Creative Director, concentrating on corporate inbound marketing strategies; and Art Director, responsible for client presentations and digital/print publications. Earlier experience includes working as a graphic designer at Estudio de diseño Text Design from 1998 to November 2007. Natalia's education includes a Master's in Business Analytics & Big Data Strategy from MSMK and various certifications in photography and graphic design.
