Paul Schmitz is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of ShowerUp. Prior to their current position, they served as the Assistant to the President and Mid-South Regional Director at WAY Media | WAY-FM from January 2013 to April 2020. Paul was also the General Manager of 90.7 WAY-FM in Wichita, KS from August 2005 to August 2013, where they managed the entire operation of the local ministry. Prior to that, they were the Operations Dir./Morning Show at WIBI from May 1988 to July 2005.
