Wes Hartman

Born and raised in Oak Harbor, WA into a Navy family, Wes grew up with an enjoyment for playing sports and the competitive spirit. After graduating from high school and leaving Washington, he attended Iowa State University for three years before signing a professional road cycling contract that took him across the globe. In 2006, Wes moved to Colorado and simultaneously started his career in the real estate industry while also returning to college to finish his education. He ultimately graduated from the University of Colorado–Denver with a dual major in Corporate Finance and Financial Accounting. Two years after that graduation he went back to complete a degree in Physics from Metropolitan State University. After finally realizing that 8-years of undergraduate education was enough, he set out and started a real estate team, The Hartland Group, that has now grown from its humble beginnings to making the annual Real Trends top producers list. Wes joined the Showingly team in 2022 and brings a passion to empower all players in the real estate industry — agents, brokers, and consumers alike.
