Ralph Ayers

Ralph Ayers began their career in 1951 as an Equipment Maintenance Technician for American Telephone & Telegraph. In 1960, they started Ayers Plastics Company as a Sole Proprietor, producing and selling vinyl plastic shields to telephone companies. In 1964, they founded Variform Plastics, Inc., producing various forms of plastic products. Ralph later sold the company in 1986 to Ply*Gem Industries Inc. In 2010, they co-founded VisApp, LLC, where they focused on handling the finances as EVP. In 2015, they made a career change to Information Technology, joining their wife's business, Showoff.com, Inc., as EVP.
