Andrea Cenko

Andrea Cenko currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Engagement at Showpad, focusing on customer health and engagement within the customer base. Prior to Showpad, Andrea held multiple leadership positions at Khoros, including VP of Customer and VP of Global Pre-Sales, overseeing a global pre-sales team and aligning strategies with the company's vision. Andrea's earlier experience includes roles at Advent Software, progressing from Account Specialist to Senior Manager in Sales Engineering, and providing domain expertise as a Solutions Consultant. Andrea began the career at Tamale Software as a Support Consultant, delivering customer support. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University.
