Angela Backshell is an experienced retail and digital marketing professional with a strong background in merchandise management and strategic growth. Currently serving as Head of Merchandise at Showpo and Director at Tailbird, a carbon positive digital marketing agency, Angela has previously held key leadership positions at sass & bide, OXFORD SHOP PTY LTD, KitX, THE ICONIC, and Hotsprings, where responsibilities included brand strategy development and financial management. Angela is also the founder of Lucette, a designer label for young women, and has expertise in buying and design from roles at Seduce Clothing and Oroton Group.
